Contact information of municipal and county (city) competent authorities

一、Who shall install Continuous Water Monitoring System (CWMs) and dates of CWMs’data disclosure

Monitoring data of CWMs can be queried from January 1, 2015:
(一) Approved and licensed waste (sewage) water discharge of more than 2,000 cubic meters per day for the Industrial Parks’Sewerage System.
(二) Industries other than power plants that discharge more than 15,000 cubic meters of waste water (sewage) per day are approved.
(三) Power plants with air pollution prevention and control facilities whose emissions have not come into contact with cooling water or seawater exhaust smoke desulfurization .
From January 1, 2017, new query monitoring data objects can be added:
(一) Approved industries with a waste (sewage) discharge volume of more than 5,000 cubic meters per day but less than 15,000 cubic meters.
(二) Approval of the Industrial Parks’Sewerage System with a waste (sewage) discharge of more than 1,500 cubic meters per day but less than 2,000 cubic meters.
From July 1, 2017 onwards, new monitoring data objects can be queried: approved industries whose waste (sewage) discharge exceeds 1,500 cubic meters per day but less than 5,000 cubic meters.
Starting from January 1, 2019, new monitoring data objects can be added: those who discharge waste (sewage) water to surface water bodies from public sewage sewer systems with approved waste (sewage) discharge volumes of more than 5,000 cubic meters per day.
Starting from July 1, 2019, new monitoring data objects can be added: those who discharge waste (sewage) water to surface water bodies from public sewage sewer systems with approved waste (sewage) discharge volumes of more than 1,500 cubic meters per day.
